Free diagnosis, fixed-price GitHub Actions repair, pay after acceptance
I repair focused GitHub Actions and CI failures. The first diagnosis is free; paid work gets a fixed written scope and price before coding begins.
Typical repairs include dependency/cache failures, local-vs-CI differences, permissions, matrices, flaky steps, release regressions, and Windows/Linux path bugs.
CI-S1 excludes business-feature development, private production access, secrets, migrations, and unrelated failures. Acceptance means the agreed failing job passes under the same trigger, or a written substitute test agreed before coding passes. Anything outside that scope is declined or treated as a separate fixed package; there is no live negotiation.
CI Health Audit is a zero-dependency GitHub Action and CLI that checks common security and reliability risks. Run it without contacting me; if the report identifies a focused repair, the US$39 / mainland-China ¥299 fixed package remains async-only with one consolidated written revision.
I also provide auditable cleanup and reconciliation for fixed spreadsheet templates. The public demo includes sanitized inputs, cleaned output, an exception report, and a formula-driven dashboard.

These are public contribution examples, not paid-client testimonials. They demonstrate diagnosis, implementation, verification, and review-ready delivery without inventing customer claims.
